Message: I was in a fender-bender shortly after moving to town and didn't know even where to begin with getting my car repaired. I called a number of mechanics and I connected with Jay's Total Car Care. They do not do body work, but strongly recommended connecting with Mario.. As soon as I got in touch with Mario, I knew that I had found the right shop to help repair my ride! I got a quick quote based on the photos I had sent, and a fair estimate for the damages that needed to be repaired. Mario helped cover the cost of the tow from the tow yard to his shop, which was incredibly helpful.. After assessing the damage in person, Mario confirmed his quote and let me know in detail all of the pieces that needed to be repaired. He was incredible patient with me as I considered repairs, versus selling for parts and buying a new vehicle. I was also able to explain my situation to him and he was tremendously helpful in finding used parts to help work the price to be more manageable. I know that I was getting the right price because he walked through the different components on the quote with me and and explained why some of them needed repaired.. During the time that my car was getting fixed, any time I called I got someone on the phone every single time and I got quick answers to my questions! I stopped by midway through the repairs to grab some things from my car, and I was impressed by the professional approach of the crew and the work they had done at that point.. I got my car back not a penny over the quote I was originally given, and they even repaired a small cosmetic issue that was not initially part of the damage I had come for. The finishing touch? They gave my car a quick wash before returning her to me and she looked ready to hit the roads again! My car is driving perfectly and all of the components, both on the body and the small mechanical repairs, were done well and professionally. I am VERY appreciative of the hard work they put in to repairing my vehicle, keeping my costs within my stated budget, and delivering excellent, respectful, and thoughtful customer service.
