Message: Sam was great helping me with repairing my Hyundai and helping me with the insurance. Did great work and car was done a day earlier than promised. Got rear-ended and the other guys insurance (Geico) tried to short the repair bill. He told me how to use the NV Insurance Commissioner and small claims court to get Geico to pay, which they eventually did and ended up paying over $1000 more than they would have due to extended rental car coverage (at market rate not their rate), court costs and having to send an attorney to small claims court. I had to pay the difference out of pocket at first because I needed my car back but thanks to Sam letting me know my rights I got Geico to fulfill their responsibility.
