Message: I’ve been a Bavarian Auto Haus customer since 2002. During the past 20 years, I have always received outstanding customer service from Jeff, Eric and Tony. They take great care of both my X5 and my 325ci special needs and services. I trust their professional and expert BMW knowledge and skill. This amazing team have become my friends and I wholeheartedly recommend this shop for all BMW services. Thank you, Carol. 8/10/23 update. Dropped off the 325ci for a coolant leak.. First surprise: Mark (shop owner) gave me a loaner vehicle; so that I could leave to clean/refill my horses water troughs, which is about a 2 1/2 hour project.. Second surprise: Eric (BMW superstar mechanic) diagnosed and fixed the problems efficiently and affordably same day. Outstanding customer service.. Thank you!

Message: Took in my BMW X3 into shop on day the same day it entered "limp mode", initially had a very good impression if shop service. The following week, I picked the car up and it was not right at all, immediately took vehicle back. Initially they defended their work and displaced it's substandard performance condition on new problems beyond what they fixed requiring more money. I then noted several inconsistencies in thier rationale and elevated my concerns to shop manager. They then went back over their work, replaced items they felt needed to be replaced at no additional charge which resulted in the vehicle performing as it should.

Message: I had a great experience using the team at Bavarian Auto Haus. My vehicle runs and steers great, it was finished on time and at a great price. I had originally taken it to another shop who had quoted me more than 3 times the amount to have the same things fixed. Not only was it fixed sooner than the other shop said it could be done, but they also did two additional repairs that the other shop missed and it still came in way less expensive. If you are looking for honest service at a more than fair price, this is where you should bring your car.

Message: The Staff demonstrated excellent customer service and were more than accommodating! They treated both me and my car like family, explained my specific options, compared and contrasted each option, and graciously let me process and choose :-) I very much appreciated that they were quick to get my car in and complete the services at a rate significantly lower than what I have paid at the Dealership's automotive service department! That said, the last 3 or 4 services, I have taken my Car to Balvarian and have left satisfied each occasion, with a smile on my face, and more money in my pocket!

Message: I really enjoyed my experience at Bavarian Auto Haus. Tony is great, and I felt that the service was really friendly and really well done. Tony really took the time to talk to me and made sure I understood the whole diagnostic and service process. It's not cheap, but you get what you pay for. (Let's be honest: If cheap is what you're after, a BMW wasn't a very sensible choice of vehicle for you. ) I thought B. A. H. was great, and I know I will be going back to them for more care for my 2004 X5 of the E53 model generation.
