Message: After I retired from the Navy at 37yo. I randomly picked a job out of the newspaper. I was hired on the spot. I was an engineer, welder etc. On my first day I fell through the floor while installing a water heater. I spent 2 days days making it rent ready. I was excited. I have long since moved on. But the managment and residents were great. I lived in G. I had a 20 ft. Above ground pool and a 6 ft fence.

Message: With the new owner, the park improved its condition a lot. Now the repair crew is very quick on fixing items, and park is quiet and clean. Very worth the rent they are charging. I am happy moving to the park.
