Message: I've been bring my truck to Purcell for a longtime not only for oil changes or tires, but any other needs and they have always been awesome and they take care of me and my vehicles. They did front end work recently and after I've been hearing a knocking sound on the driver side front everytime I hit bumps and I just gave them a call and without having to make an appointment first they told me to come right in and Rien the mechanic took a look at it and actually brought me into the shop to show me what he found, turns out it was a wheel bearing that was super bad and dangerous to drive. So again instead of having to make an appointment, he jumped right on it and replaced it in less than an hour and I was on my way to work. Not too many car shops will bring you into the shop area to show you and I love that honesty from them, no bulls*** from them. I will be a long-term customer for them and I have never had a bad experience with them.

Message: Thank you Purcell Tire for a fabulous experience buying new tires. This was my first experience buying tires on my own as my late husband always took care of it. The staff in the Elko store helped educate me, walked me through the process, and never once tried to oversell the product. No one spoke down to me because I’m a woman who didn’t really know what she was doing. And on top of the great service, I actually had a set appointment time, in and out in an hour. I will bring my business back to Purcell from here on out.

Had a bad experience with Les Schwab's almost a month ago. Too many young employees working there. Need to get more experience and communicate with their customers with the questions they might have!
