The repair took longer than expected but they were very communicative with the delays in repair and some of that is due to a shortage in parts that they are not in control of. Overall good experience. Good quality customer service is always my number one concern when purchasing anything from a business and they did not disappoint.

Message: My sister hit debris while driving the freeway between Carson City and Reno. Although she was able to drive home, the undercarriage and front end of her vehicle needed repair/replacement. While other collision places couldn't even get her vehicle in to look at the damage for 2-4 months, Caliber Collision got her in within 2 weeks and out 2 weeks later! We dealt with Jessie at Caliber, and she was extremely helpful, friendly and understanding; she also kept us informed as to the progress of the work.
