Message: Safe to say that I am a return customer for life. This is my 4th visit with Mr. Brake.. Credit to the lifesaver, Mark, who has been diligently doing this over 30+ years with honesty and a smile. He is the kind of sage mechanic that will send you on your way even when a concerned owner brings in his 188, 000 mile truck thinking that he needs new brakes. He will take the time to educate you and let you know when you actually NEED something, instead of nickel & dime-ing you, like other big name brands. When the day comes that he actually charges you, you will more than likely be surprised how this man affords to stay in business and feed his family. Vegas should protect this man at all costs.. He is truly doing our town a huge service with his operations. Think about how many lives he is saving by administering his expertise with every ride that comes into his garage. For this I am truly grateful. Your car’s safety is well assured with the techs here and Mark. Only good words for this team. I will recommend him to everyone. Mark, thank you again!

Message: Mark is a great guy who runs a really nice shop, the work is done quickly and done right for what in my opinion is the fairest pricing in town. I am from the Midwest and struggle with the dishonesty of the shops out here. Mr. Brake is the best.

Message: Wonderful honest place. I was told by another that I needed way more work then break pads, about $1, 000 worth. Found this place on yelp with great reviews. Gave an approx. Quote over phone for less then half of the $1, 000. When I got there, the onky thing I needed was front break pads. Just Under $300. What a win. Will for sure recommend people and return.

Message: This repair shop is SO HONEST. It's like Old School. Our family has been going there for years. I recently went in for what I thought were bad brakes. My brakes were inspected, as well as the entire front end. They lowered the lift, backed the car out of the shop, and told me I was good to go. I was told by the technician that my brakes were good for another 12-16, 000 more miles. He said there was no point in wasting the money. My Background: I was a Motor Vehicle Safety Inspector for one of the three automakers in Detroit. To say that this type of service is rare is an understatement. Since going there the very first time in the mid 90's, I have had two instances when I needed brakes at that specific time. Every other time, they would either repair something very minor to make the vehicle safe, without a charge, or tell me that the brakes were good for X amount of miles. Their Prices are also VERY AFFORDABLE. I highly recommend anyone needing brakes, should definitely go to Mr. Brake. Did I mention that their shop is immaculate? You can take a ride there, knowing that when you get there, you will NEVER be Taken For A Ride. I will not go anywhere else! Five Drivers and Five Vehicles in my family. Thanks, go out to Mr. BRAKE! Message: My brakes suddenly started grinding. They squeezed me in at the end of the day before a holiday weekend. Always a fair price, parts in stock and extremely efficient. I love supporting excellent, family-owned businesses. Highly recommend!

Message: Mr. Brake, more like MR. THE BEST. I had gone to Meineke, inspected my car and it took them over an hour just to look over the car, then wanted to charge me $780 for the front TWO brakes and rotors. We came here and for less than $300, we got the same inspection, and brakes DONE, in less than an hour. This guy knows how to treat a customer, not only was he juggling everything on the customer end while providing excellent customer service, his top notch crew busting everything out, these guys are doing the dang thing. Everyone was extremely respectful, and no B. S. He had people calling, and they were booked for the day, and he was stilling telling people he would take time out of his schedule to look over their car and give them an idea of what was going on with their car, regardless. He WANTED to make sure his customers or potential customers, were cared for.

Message: My car only has 70k miles on it- went to Cadillac dealer saying hey there’s vibration in my brakes- they throw me a 5k laundry list of repairs I need… At that time I had 63k miles- Their estimate was 3800 for brakes. I explained to my service writer that at my last oil change your report stated brakes were great—- then the back pedaling began long story short I paid 500 for what was a 6000 mile temporary fix as the problem came right back :( Angrily I began a search for someone with integrity- found Mark at Mr Brake on Yelp and was blown away by all the great reviews- booked a 10am appointment arrived 10 minutes early and him and the crew had me out in less than an hour and my pricing was fair and my problem is gone! If the vibrations come back anytime soon I will update this review but something tells me Mark has just earned himself many referrals and a lifetime customer- Not trusting the dealer anymore! He’s booked out but well worth the wait…. Driving Happy Again!

Message: BEST PLACE IN THE VALLEY! Fast, Honest & Affordable. I'll never go anywhere else for breaks! I told my mother and sister to contact me before going anywhere else. I trust Mark and his team. As long as Marks the owner he's got my family's business. Thanks guy!
