Message: On a recent trip, in the middle of nowhere, my check engine light came on. On a Saturday. I called around in an ever-widening area. No one was open. Finally I found PDQ. They were able to check the code and reset the light. They advised me that I should have no problem getting home. (Which I didn’t. ) As an older woman, traveling alone, I was doubly appreciative of their kindly assistance. Can’t thank them enough.

Message: I had a brake leak and these guys were very friendly and willing to help I called everywhere else in town and I was told I wouldn't be able to get my car in til next week and in some cases 2 weeks from now. But the people here took my car in right away and found the problem and fixed it the next day when the part I needed came in. Thank you so much for your help.

Message: This place is awesome, I broke down 4 miles outside of Winnemucca Saturday night. I was able to limp my vehicle into Winnemucca. We did get a hotel and had to wait until an auto shop was open witch was 8am Monday morning all were closed on Sunday. I called around 7:30am and they answered and said to bring it in even though they were busy with other vehicles. They called in an hour and let me know what was wrong. They had it done by 2:30pm. They ended up having to replace the thermostat and gasket and test drove it to make sure it was good. Thanks again so much to the men at PDQ for your help and hard work to get me and my family back on the road home.
