Message: Purchased an auxiliary tank for my LC100, had JPR do the install. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Both Ralph the owner and Jim the mechanic/tech who installed the aux tank were very engaged prior to and after the installation. They made sure I know what to expect and how it’ll be installed. Not all shops are like them, most just take your car and money.

Message: Was referred to by Jeremy to see Ralph at JPR. Outstanding job fair price clear communication outstanding staff. After picking up the car several days later we need to have a battery replaced that was covered under warranty by 3A, we had a sign a disclaimer saying that we would need to register the battery. I called a couple places and it was $150 to run the register. Decided to call Raul he said no problem bring it in tip my guy 20 bucks will take care of it. Went in, was out in 10 minutes was able to meet him great guy. He has our business.
