Message: Jim took care of an issue with the oil sending unit in my 05 Yukon that's been ongoing for quite a while. The cost was very reasonable to replace the OSU, and he also covered a couple of other questions I had while we were on the phone. He was crawling around under my truck while talking with me looking for leaks! It's hard to find that kind of service. He also didn't try to sell me any repairs that aren't needed. That's always been a real thorn in my side when some shop tries to tell me something needs fixed when there's nothing wrong with it. Not only is Jim highly knowledgeable about my vehicle, he's very nice too. The service was great, and he left my Yukon just as clean as when I dropped it off. We will be using Satisfaction Automotive from now on for any repairs needed on my Yukon.. Thank you Jim! Great job!
